Dr. Leslie Williams leads the Numbers Foundation Board with a steadfast commitment to educational equity and organizational integrity. As Chairperson, she steers the Foundation's governance framework; ensuring strategic alignment, fiduciary responsibility, and that every programme decision connects back to our core mission: transforming mathematics education for Tanzania's youth.
Her leadership bridges academic rigour with practical community impact, and he brings a rare blend of institutional experience and grassroots perspective to the role.
Dr. Petros Libingi brings deep expertise to the Board, providing critical oversight on programme quality, community accountability, and institutional partnerships. His counsel ensures Numbers Foundation's interventions are evidence-based, contextually grounded, and continuously improving in service of students.
With over 15 years of experience spanning education and advanced manufacturing, Raymond is passionate about making rigorous mathematics accessible to every student, regardless of geography or circumstance. As an Industrial Engineering Manager within Intel Foundry, Raymond has spent the past decade leading factory planning initiatives that transform complex mathematical and engineering principles into real-world innovation. Prior to joining industry, Raymond taught IB Higher Level Mathematics and Physics for eight years, where he encouraged students to move beyond rote memorization toward genuine mathematical understanding and intellectual curiosity. Many of his former students have gone on to attend their first-choice universities and build successful careers in engineering, medicine, law, and other demanding professions. Raymond is committed to inspiring the next generation of problem solvers and critical thinkers.
